At Lovu Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or refunded.


How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please contact our team at lovu@lovubeauty.store.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package

Returns should be sent to our UAE warehouse:

Ajman, UAE

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at lovu@lovubeauty.store so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Perishable items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about your specific item, please email us before initiating a return.


European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to an EU address, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
