Where is my order?

Every Lovu order is tracked. The link reaches you by email the moment your parcel leaves us, and you can look it up here at any time.

Order placed

You get a confirmation email straight away, with your order number.

Packed and collected

Usually 1 to 2 business days. We hand the parcel to the courier.

On its way

A second email arrives with your tracking link. Most orders land within 2 business days.

No tracking email yet?

  • Check your spam and promotions folders. This is where it ends up most often.
  • Check the date. The tracking email only sends once the parcel is collected, so if you ordered today it has probably not shipped yet.
  • Check the address you used. A typo in your email at checkout means the email never arrives. We can resend it to the right one.

Still nothing, or the tracking has not moved in a few days? Email lovu@lovubeauty.store with your order number and we will chase the courier for you.

If it has been more than 5 business days since you ordered and nothing has arrived, please do get in touch. That is longer than it should take.

A note on delivery

We deliver free to all seven Emirates, and you can pay the courier on arrival if you chose Cash on Delivery. Expect your order 2 to 4 business days after you place it. Public holidays and peak periods such as Ramadan and Eid can add a day.

The full detail is in our shipping policy. If you need to change or cancel an order, see our cancellations policy, and be quick, because once the parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it.
